A large-scale cyberattack by Russian hackers paralyzed Bulgaria's government websites, an investigator reported on Saturday. 

The assault meant the web sites of the president, the federal government, key ministries and the Constitutional Courtroom in Bulgaria had been all rendered inaccessible or had been solely in a position to run slowly, if in any respect, in response to official sources.
